Shipping, Returns & Policies
Shipping
Currently, we ship only within the United States. A $3.95 ground shipping charge will be applied to a single item order. Each additional item will increase shipping by $1.00 (2 items $4.95, 3 Items $5.95, etc). If you need something expedited please contact us so we can arrange it. Most items ship within 3-5 days.
A required New York sales tax of 8.625% will be added to New York orders.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you purchase! If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer store credit for returned item(s) within 30 days of their arrival. To qualify for an exchange, the item(s) must be in their original packaging and safely shipped in their original condition. To ensure non-damaged returns, we recommend using padded envelopes for mailing. Kindly note that all returns will receive store credit as we do not provide refunds.
Repairs
The Sonnie Days, Inc., collections are designed and handcrafted with quality assurance as a priority. In the event, an accident occurs and a bracelet needs to be restrung, we will provide one complimentary repair on the item purchased from us. If there is some other issue, please contact us via email along with a picture of the item. We can discuss solutions to resolving the issue. The shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

Customer Privacy
The privacy of our customers is very important and respected. Sonnie Days, Inc. does not sell or share your information with outside resources. Your name, address, phone, and email are used for shipping purposes. We will use your email address to update you on new items, specials, coupons, and for sales correspondence.
Custom Items
Our goal is for you to love your new accessory piece. Due to the nature of customized and personalized items, we will send you a picture of the item before it is shipped. We ask that you send your approval of the complete custom item so we may have it shipped to you as soon as possible. Please respond within seven (7) days.

Gift Wrapping
Sonnie Days, Inc. packages and wraps all items for a beautiful presentation to give to someone or yourself. However, if you’d like us to include a gift bag and tissue paper in our signature colors, black and mint green, please add it to the item when ordering. The cost for the gift bag and tissue paper is $4.25.
